Q. 8. Can I get warranty support on software also?

  • No, warranty covers only for hardware breakdowns. However BIOS update or drivers/patches will be provided free of cost by the customer support division, Mercantile Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Q. 9. Is there Out-of-Warranty or Extended Service Support provided for this product?

  • Yes, Customers who require extended service under warranty or post warranty support can sign annual maintenance contract with Customer Support Division of Mercantile Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
